For most workloads the major providers are more alike than different, so the decision usually comes down to your team's existing skills, any enterprise agreements or credits you hold, specific managed services you depend on, and data residency requirements. We assess against those factors rather than defaulting to whichever we use most.

Often not. Kubernetes is powerful and genuinely operationally demanding. If you run a handful of services, a managed container platform or serverless approach usually delivers the same outcome with far less to maintain. We recommend it when the complexity is justified by scale or workload diversity, and say so plainly when it is not.
